Project Overview
In a complex, multi-year project, Dolphin Ten managed the complete renovation of three 100-year-old unreinforced masonry buildings. The scope included a full seismic retrofit, custom restoration of historical masonry and windows, and the expansion and renovation of the famous Big Dean’s Café—all while the café remained operational.
