Project Overview
Dolphin Ten was entrusted with critical construction management responsibilities for the final stages of the $40M Respara luxury apartment project. Initially tasked with managing the delivery of all 54 unit interiors from drywall to completion, our role expanded to oversee all construction operations for the final five months, ensuring the project’s successful turnover.
