Project Overview
Brought in to bring a stalled project across the finish line, Dolphin Ten took charge of project clean-up, closeout, and turnover. We resolved complex waterproofing and roofing issues, completed the building envelope, and managed the final punch list for all 37 units, enabling the building to be signed off by the city and ready for lease.
