Venice Residence - Seismic Retrofit
Specialized seismic retrofit and renovation of an occupied 3-story home, completed while the residents remained in place.
Project Overview
This project showcased our ability to perform complex structural work with minimal disruption. We managed a full seismic retrofit of an existing residence, which included underpinning foundations and installing new structural steel framing, shear panel, and stucco—all while the homeowners remained in the house.
