Project Overview
Taking over mid-project, Dolphin Ten provided crucial project management to convert a residence into the Viet Noodle Bar. We managed the project from the framing phase through completion, overseeing the build-out of the building core, shell, and all finishes, including a new commercial kitchen, restrooms, driveway, and ADA-compliant access.
